At Revé, everything starts from the people who inspire us.
Just fifteen minutes from the restaurant, tucked away in Niagara Falls, is Always June Organic Farm — a place that has quickly become so special to us that it truly feels like home.
When we first told Jun, the heart behind the farm, about Revé and the dream he smiled and said,
“You can call it your farm too — your home.”
That one sentence set the tone for our friendship. From that moment on, Always June has been a place we go not just for ingredients, but for peace, clarity, and inspiration.

WHERE OUR INGREDIENTS AND IDEAS COME FROM
Every Wednesday, Chef Adriano heads to the farm to spend time with Jun. The rest of us join to explore and learn. Adriano and Jun walk through the rows together, talking about what’s growing best that week, pruning, tasting, and choosing produce that will later inspire our dishes at Revé.
Chef takes his time here — touching the soil, tasting herbs straight from the ground, and noticing the small things that can only be seen when you slow down. In the chaos of the hospitality industry, slowing down is key to a steady hand and head… It helps Chef and his partners stay grounded, motivated and inspired.

So many of our new dishes begin right there, at the farm in the open air. It’s where we reconnect with nature, get quiet, and remind ourselves what real food tastes like before it ever reaches a plate.
JUN, OUR FRIEND AND MENTOR
Jun has this calm energy that makes you feel grounded the second you arrive. He’s humble, funny, and endlessly generous with his knowledge. He’ll stop to show us the way the sun hits a plant differently at a certain time of day, or explain how a small change in the soil can change a flavour completely.
He’s become a mentor to us, someone who helps us see food for what it really is: alive, changing, and full of meaning. We’re constantly learning from him, and we’re so grateful for his kindness and openness.
OUR PEACEFUL PLAE
The restaurant world moves fast — late nights, busy services, nonstop energy. The farm is the complete opposite. It’s quiet, still, and full of life in a different way.
We go there to meditate, to clear our heads, to just be. It’s where we reconnect with why we do this — to create something honest, something that comes from the earth and tells a story.
We always leave the farm feeling lighter, calmer, and somehow more inspired. It’s become our peaceful place — the heart behind everything we cook and create.
