Our exclusive 10-course Chef’s Tasting is a blind culinary journey, thoughtfully curated by our team and guided by the seasons. Each course is crafted using the finest locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients, allowing the story of the land and kitchen to unfold naturally throughout the evening.
The Chef’s Tasting is offered at $225 per guest in the Dining Room and $275 per guest at the Chef’s Counter.
The Chef’s Counter experience offers a more intimate perspective, with personalized guidance from our Chef team throughout the evening, and includes a glass of sparkling upon arrival.
Beverage pairings, gratuity, and tax are additional. Guests should allow approximately 3-3.5 hours to enjoy the full experience.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, dairy allergies cannot always be accommodated within our tasting menu due to the complexity and techniques involved. Our tasting menus may be prepared pescetarian with 48 hours’ notice; however, dairy-free modifications are not available.
