A refined exploration in ten courses rooted in the world’s most expressive flavours, our kitchen honours global traditions through a lens of quiet elegance.

This exclusive 10-course tasting is a blind journey—curated entirely by our team, guided by the season, and crafted with the finest locally sourced farm to table ingredients. 

Sitting right in front of the live fire kitchen led by Chef Adriano Cappuzzello and team, this is an intimate experience that unfolds one dish at a time, designed to immerse you in flavour, craftsmanship, and discovery. Guided by our chefs throughout your journey, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat at the pass, watching every dish come to life.


This is dining reimagined—intentional, expressive, and unforgettable. Please allow approximately 3.5–4 hours for the full experience.

Please Note:
The Chef’s Counter 10-course tasting experience is $225 per guest and is a fully prepaid reservation, but does not include beverage selections which will be available upon arrival for an extra fee. We currently only accept reservations for parties from 1 - 8 for our 10 course experience. For groups of 9 or more, please email us at info@byreve.com.

Beverage pairing experiences (including non-alcoholic options) are available upon arrival, alongside our full drink menu. We kindly ask that guests be 16 years of age or older to preserve the nature of the experience. Dietary preferences & allergies can be accommodated, please note them inside your reservation or email us at info@byreve.com.

*The counter seating is 1 foot away from our indoor live fire, we recommend guests only choose this experience if they are comfortable with heat, light smoke and flames.

The À La Carte experience is for those who prefer to chart their own course, our à la carte menu offers the freedom to explore at your own pace. Featuring a curated selection of seasonal dishes rooted in global inspiration and local ingredients, each plate reflects the same care, creativity, and quiet elegance that define our tasting menus. Beginning October 2nd, our à la carte menu will only be available on Sundays and Mondays.

Perfect for those new to Revé, this four-course blind tasting offers a thoughtful introduction to our culinary philosophy. Crafted with the same care and seasonality as our longer menus, each course highlights bold flavours, local ingredients, and a touch of surprise. Paced with ease and guided by your server, it’s a welcoming way to experience our kitchen’s creativity—elegant, approachable, and designed to leave a lasting impression.

A curated eight-course blind tasting designed to unfold with intention. Crafted by our culinary team using the finest seasonal and local ingredients. The experience is thoughtfully paced and guided by your server, inviting you to slow down, savour, and discover.

We encourage elevated attire to reflect the spirit of the evening. Kindly avoid overly casual clothing such as flip-flops, athletic wear, or beach attire. We kindly ask that guests be 16 years of age or older to preserve the nature of the experience.

We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Important to know before you book: At Revé, the dining room encircles a live fire. The atmosphere is intentionally warm and infused with subtle woodsmoke. We kindly ask that all guests are comfortable with natural heat, the occasional light smoke, and the presence of open flames during their visit.
