We’re incredibly honoured to share that Revé has been named a 2026 finalist for Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants, joining approximately 30 restaurants from across the country recognized as some of Canada’s most exciting new dining destinations.

Since opening our doors in Niagara-on-the-Lake, our vision has been to create something deeply personal: a restaurant that brings together Chef Adriano Cappuzzello’s Sicilian roots with the farms, vineyards, ingredients and seasons of Niagara.

To see that vision recognized on a national stage by DINR and Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants is an incredibly meaningful milestone for our entire team.

In its feature on Revé, DINR and Air Canada enRoute highlights the connection between Sicily and Niagara that runs throughout our tasting menu, alongside our focus on seafood, our wine program spanning both regions, and the thoughtful hospitality that carries guests through the experience.

Most importantly, this recognition belongs to the people who have helped bring Revé to life every day… Our kitchen team, the hospitality team, farmers, growers, winemakers, producers, partners and every guest who has taken a seat at our table during our first year.

We are incredibly proud to represent Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Niagara culinary community among this year’s finalists.
